5KIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report alleged copyright infringement and how we respond.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material and where it appears, with enough detail to locate it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices via the contact page, marked “DMCA / Copyright”. We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the corresponding information. We will forward valid counter-notices as required by law.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeat infringement.
