This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using 5KIPTV. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Using the Service means you agree to follow it.

Permitted use

The Service is for your personal, private, non-commercial viewing on the number of devices allowed by your plan.

Prohibited activities

• Sharing, reselling or redistributing your account credentials or the stream outside your plan’s terms.
• Public performance or commercial broadcast of the Service.
• Attempting to copy, record, scrape, reverse-engineer or circumvent security or access controls.
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers or networks.

Fair use

To keep the Service reliable for everyone, we may apply reasonable limits on concurrent streams and unusual usage patterns consistent with your plan.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, without refund where the breach is material.
