Welcome to 5KIPTV. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 5KIPTV website, apps and subscription service (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

5KIPTV provides access to streaming media over the internet on supported devices. Channel line-ups, on-demand libraries and features may change over time and can vary by region. Availability depends on a stable internet connection, which you are responsible for providing.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing or reselling your credentials outside the terms of your plan is prohibited and may result in suspension.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are offered on a prepaid basis for the term you select (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future terms; your current term is unaffected.
• Where auto-renew is enabled, your plan renews at the end of the term unless you cancel beforehand.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid term.

4. Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it grants temporary access so you can evaluate the Service. Trials may be limited in time or features and may be withdrawn or changed at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos and software associated with 5KIPTV remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for private, non-commercial viewing.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5KIPTV is not liable for interruptions, third-party content, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
